I liked how the window bar works almost like one of those black bars to hide someone’s identity. He initially posed with his eyes rolled back in his head. The sign said NEED BEER so I think I needed to better explain the purpose of the photo. It bothers me to think he might have seen this as something meant to ridicule him. Trees and the old brick of the buildings here continue to interest me. I’m also still interested in your lonely pets.
Here’s a weird mix of doing some football photography for my oldest child’s team and taking part in some odd photography assignments that are part of the course I’m co-teaching at VCU. There was enough random photos going on that I started a separate instagram account for it. I also managed to get blocked by instagram for using hashtags in a way that seemed robotic. That was eventually overturned but did remind me how much I dislike the service. A super weak photography week. I almost opted not to post anything but figured this might motivate me to elevate my game this week. My excuse was a crazy 24hr run to Texas for consulting work mid-week with both my arrivals happening after midnight. I also tend not to photograph much when I’m doing consulting because I’m stressed out and cursing myself for agreeing to do consulting work.
